Eyjarslóð 1 stands on Grandi, at the heart of the old harbour district where fishing, restaurants and creative businesses have grown up alongside one another in recent years. The building dates from 1965 and was extended in 1981, with a total of 1,335 square metres divided into four units. The quayside and the services of the neighbourhood are a short walk away.
